Operational credibility comes from specifics: inventory cycles led, planogram resets delivered on time, audit scores, loss-prevention partnerships. If you opened a store, absorbed a closing store’s volume, or ran multi-unit coverage during a vacancy, those are senior signals worth their own bullets. Skip generic retail duties (“opened and closed the store”) that every applicant shares.
