- Why is annual cheaper — what's the catch?
- No catch: annual plans include 2 months free for people maintaining their career between searches. You can switch between monthly and annual anytime with prorated billing, handled by Stripe.
- Do unused AI credits roll over?
- Yes, up to twice your monthly allowance. Failed actions are always refunded, and purchased top-up credits do not expire while your account remains active.
- When is an AI credit charged?
- Only after a metered action succeeds. Failed actions are refunded automatically, and the cost is shown before you run it. Beta-included resume tools do not spend credits.
- What payment methods / is checkout secure?
- Choose secure card checkout through Stripe or PayPal. CareerCanon never receives your full card number; billing management and cancellation stay self-serve.
- Is there a lifetime plan?
- Not currently — if we ever offer one, it'll be announced to the waitlist first.
