If you have run a P&L, say the size; if you have implemented a methodology (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen), name it and the result, not just the training. People leadership deserves equal weight with process: retention, promotions developed, and cross-training programs are operations outcomes too, and postings increasingly filter for them. Avoid vague ownership language — “oversaw,” “was responsible for” — in favor of verbs that commit you to the result. Keep the resume to two pages and let the most recent role carry the detail.
